Refund Policy

This policy applies to the Shopify Conversion Audit and other fixed-price digital reports you buy from Ardent Skies LLC. It exists to make one thing clear: I stand behind the quality of the work, and you are not stuck with a report that misses the mark.
The guarantee
You are buying a thorough, specific report that prices the issues from your own store data and tells you exactly how to fix each one. If anything misses the mark, tell me within 14 days and I will make it right. If I cannot, you get a full refund.
How it works
- Tell me within 14 days of delivery what fell short and why.
- I will work with you to fix it: clarify, correct, or add what the report should have covered.
- If I cannot make it right, you receive a full refund of what you paid.
What I do not guarantee: a specific result. The report diagnoses real issues and prices them from your data, but I cannot promise a particular conversion lift or revenue increase, because results depend on what gets implemented and on factors outside the report. Anyone who guarantees you a specific lift is not being honest. The guarantee above is about the quality and thoroughness of the work, which is the part I control.
The details
- The 14-day window runs from the date the report is delivered or first made available to you.
- One refund claim per purchase.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- When a refund is issued, access to the report and any included monitoring is revoked, and our working copies of your data are deleted.
- This is a quality guarantee, not a change-of-mind return. If the work was delivered as described and met its standard, that is not on its own grounds for a refund. Even so, if something feels off, talk to me.
How to request a refund
Reach out through the contact form within the 14-day window and tell me what fell short. I read and answer these myself, usually within one business day.
